Lili works on the design and synthesis of cation-disordered rocksalt (DRX) cathode materials. The reaction mechanism and cation ordering at local scale will be investigated by X-ray based techniques, e.g., operando XRD methods and operando XAS.He likes sports.

MSc graduate in chemistry from University of Hyderabad, India. Then as a junior research fellow in polymer chemistry at IIT Delhi for 9 months before joining the group. Soumik is working on the development of layered cathode materials for Na-ion batteries. In his free time, he likes painting and singing.
