Bei is investigating oxygen redox behavior in P2-type sodium-ion cathodes and high-entropy disordered rocksalt oxyfluoride lithium-ion cathodes.

Lili works on the design and synthesis of cation-disordered rocksalt (DRX) cathode materials. The reaction mechanism and cation ordering at local scale will be investigated by X-ray based techniques, e.g., operando XRD methods and operando XAS.He likes sports.
